Order Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. This also applies if a third party (other than the carrier) receives the product on your behalf.

To cancel your order, please notify us via email with a clear statement of your decision.

Refund Process

  • We will process your refund within 7 business days after receiving the returned goods.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, with no additional fees.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

โœ… The item is in original packaging and unused.

Non-Returnable Items

Returning Goods & Shipping Label Process

๐Ÿ“จ Once approved, Samโ€™s Pet Store will email you a prepaid return shipping label.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Pack & Ship the Item:

  • Securely pack the item in its original packaging.

  • Attach the provided return shipping label to your package.

  • Drop off your package at the designated shipping carrier.

๐Ÿ”’ We recommend using a trackable mail service. We are unable to issue refunds for lost or damaged return shipments.

Gift Returns
