Order Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. This also applies if a third party (other than the carrier) receives the product on your behalf.

To cancel your order, please notify us via email with a clear statement of your decision.

Refund Process

• We will process your refund within 7 business days after receiving the returned goods.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, with no additional fees.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
✅ The item was purchased within the last 14 days.
✅ The item is in original packaging and unused.

Non-Returnable Items

🚫 Personalized or custom-made items.
🚫 Perishable goods or items with expired dates.
🚫 Items unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons.
🚫 Items that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Returning Goods & Shipping Label Process

📧 Request a Return Label:
Email contactus@shopsamspetstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
📨 Once approved, Sam’s Pet Store will email you a prepaid return shipping label.

📦 Pack & Ship the Item:

• Securely pack the item in its original packaging.

• Attach the provided return shipping label to your package.

• Drop off your package at the designated shipping carrier.

🔒 We recommend using a trackable mail service. We are unable to issue refunds for lost or damaged return shipments.

Gift Returns

🎁 We currently do not accept returns for items ordered as gifts
